In the modern economic society, advertisement, being the most important part of the market economy, likes air everywhere. We need to use the law to regulate advertisement. Therefore, the legal system of advertisement is nearly developing along with the development of advertisement industry. To comprehensively survey various countries'the law system of advertisement, we find that mostly the perfect law systems of advertisement have been established in the developed country and the area as a result of the commodity economy start early. However, in our country the time of foundation of law system of advertisement is late. Although we have made great progress in near 30 year, and the complete law system of advertisement has been established, the new questions of advertisement market emerge unceasingly. Obviously, our advertisement law has somewhat lacked the ability to do with these issues. It's time to revise our country current advertisement legal system. For these above situations, author of this article will research how to improve our legal system of advertisement in the economic law perspective. In this article, the author anchors economic Law by summing up on this basis, demonstrates the problems of legal system of China's current advertisement, absorbs useful experience from abroad and offers these suggestions about the improvement of the legal system of advertisement. The author wishes that these suggestions will take effect.
