Mass Civil Dispute Settlement Mechanism

With China's rapid economic and social development, group of civil disputes that cause by the same event or the same kind of event which damage the interests of many people, happens more frequently. This brings a lot of negative effects to China's economic development and social stability. China's current group civil dispute resolution mechanism still exist many problems, so set up a more reasonable and effective group civil dispute resolution mechanism is an urgent task that need to be resolved in the civil justice reform. Based on the study of current situation of group of civil disputes, analyzed why it happened so frequently, combined with some foreign countries'solution mechanism of group of civil disputes, this paper provided some suggestions of China's solution mechanism of group of civil disputes.
