On The Perfection Of The Legal System Of Administrative Supervision

Acton,a well-known English thinker, has a famous saying: Power leads to corruption; absolute power leads to absolute corruption. To prevent the corruption of power, we must strengthen power constraints. It is administrative supervision that is bearing an important task of punishing and preventing corruption. But at present, the legal system of administrative supervision is still not complete, which needs urgent revision and improvement. Therefore, the study of improving the legal system of administrative supervision is of great practical significance. This paper introduces the basic knowledge of legal system of supervision, summarizes the current status of the system in China, studies the ancient system of supervision and analyzes the relevant legal systems in relatively advanced nations and regions. On the basis of longitudinal study in history and contemporary horizontal comparison, the paper systematically puts forward recommendations to improve the legal system of administrative supervision. In short, we should gradually improve the legal system of administrative supervision, perform the supervision according to the law, and curb corruption effectively to achieve the clean and efficient administration.
