Today in the globalization of trade development, the relationship of labor standards and international trade has been more and more concerned by the countries and international organizations all over the world. Developed countries from their own interests and in the name of protecting for human survival and development gave every effect to link the labor standard and international trade at the different perspectives such as government and folk and tried to incorporate the labor standards in the TWO rules as the main contents of the'social clauses'. This was strongly opposed by the developing countries and was not settled.The writer gradually analyzed the evolution of international labor rights protection from neutral perspective and demonstrated the inevitable trend of incorporating'social clauses'in the WTO and its impact on international trade through the theoretical arguments of WTO'social clauses'of all over the world, SA8000, ISO26000, Comparison of real international labor standards and mutually reinforcing relationship between international labor protection and international trade linkages. Meanwhile, from our practical point of view of developing countries, the writer objectively and comparatively analyzed the reality of protection of labor rights and international labor standards. Expect a correct attitude toward the in international trade challenges and opportunities after accessioning to the WTO and take it as a countermeasure.
