Study On The Socialization Of Military Diet Support

Through in the pilot unit of exploration, development and promotion,the implementation of socialization of military diet support had been achieved remarkable results. So far, however in the implementation process of socialization of diet support, all units had different views on the effect of various security models, the security models lacked a standardized and effective supervision and management, and there was no clear conclusion on what kind of the social security system should be adopted. Therefore, this article chooses the socialization of military diet support to study and analysis, and then tries to find the solution to this problem.At the same time, the academic community has in-depth research and analysis on the implementation of socialization of military diet support, and the results are more abundant. However, there is less study on summarizing the characteristics of various security models and the systematic comparative analysis of different models, so that the troops lack of more intuitive, powerful guidance. This article has good practical significance because it focuses on the research of defined classification of various models of socialization of military diet support and its horizontal comparative of the pros and cons.This article first reaffirmed the concept, features, meaning of socialization of diet support and its theoretical basis based on the socio-economic activities. On the basis of a broad understanding, the current security model of the troops had been divided into three roughly defined areas: semi-inclusive support model, unilateral contract agent model, competitive multi-agent model in accordance with the different levels of socialization, and its operating characteristics were analyzed. Then, through the establishment of social security model, this article formulates the main factors in the form of a composite function, which can influence the effectiveness of socialization of diet support, establishes the evaluation indicators, makes a horizontal comparison to these three modes, and reflects their respective advantages and disadvantages. This is the research core of this article, and through analysis and research, it shows that multi-agent model is a better model which is suitable for the most troops. Subsequently, two units' cases further proved the superiority of multi-agent competition model. Finally, the article pointed out that multi-agent model has some problems because of the specialty of military institutions, for example its oligopoly, non-public information, inadequate competition, imperfect system and self-serving etc.This article also optimizes the model to improve its advantages and further enhance the protection efficiency.
