Under The Background Of Socialization Of Military Academy Diet Security Research

Socialization of the catering security system in army means that the army, which uses the market mechanisms and the social division of labor under the conditions of a market economy, breaks the closed system to take part in the social division directly. By drawing part of the security functions out from the quartermaster department to the local community to accomplish it, we can take full advantage of community resources and establish an open and specialized catering security system adapted to the military construction. Domestic economy development and increase of comprehensive power have provided a guarantee for social reform. The socialization reform of the catering security system is to use the social power and market resources to guarantee the food needs of the army, and thus to save expenditure and improve the military efficiency. The socialization reform of the catering has been on for some time, and in the course, some deep-seated problems have gradually been revealed, which restrict the further development of the reform. In this case, it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the social reform, deepen theoretical research, and guide practice with scientific theories.Based on this background, this article has proposed the study of the socialization of the catering security system in army. First we define the meaning of the socialization of the catering system, and explain the necessity of its implementation and the social reform benefits from the market operations, service support, the reform results and government regulation in details. Secondly, it makes a research of the experience of U.S. military catering security socialization, which provides a template for our army's social reform. On this basis, for the National Defense University of science and technology on the cadets ' canteen catering satisfaction survey results, we use scientific and systematic approach from the staple food, non-staple food, quality of service to study the results of the survey. Thirdly, this article makes an in-depth analysis for the problems, including the following five aspects: high price of food, poor quality of food, a single species, the number of trainees of not eating enough food standards issues, quality of service issues food security problems and the existing socialization patterns not in line with the military. In view of the above question analysis, the article puts forward viable strategies: Making innovations for Socialized catering security system; deepening socialization reform, constructing fast-food safeguard pattern; emphasizing the establishment and improvement of various necessary mechanisms, including supervision mechanism, evaluation mechanism of the effectiveness and information feedback mechanism.
