Research On Interregional Conflict Of Laws Of China In Inheritance System

In Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and the mainland of China, one country exist two social systems, three kind of law, four very different legal jurisdictions, this has led to the applicable legal relations in civil conflict. Of course the inheritance system has led to China's inter-regional conflict of laws. Indeed, China's inter-regional conflict of laws inherited, the Chinese product of specific historical conditions, in the four areas of political, economic, cultural, and moral aspects of mutual exchange, impact, penetration, integration process, this conflict will be reduced gradually until completely disappear. However, this is a very long process. Priority, it should begin to reconcile this conflict of laws.
