With the speed of urbanization process in our society, the economic construction requires more and more land resources. Increasing land price,huge economic interests and the system of compensated use of State-owned land in china recently, that provides many corrupt chances to government official who was blinded by greed. They work exclusively for profit in land transaction. The corrupt problems always happened in land transaction. Many government officials, such as Cheng Kejie,Hu Changqing,Luo Yapin and seven government officials who embezzled public funds Sixty million Yuan in Shijiazhuang city Hebei province, were arrested because of corruption that leads to much negative social influence. In a word, We have necessary to analyse the corruption in land transaction.This paper will analyse every aspects of the corruption in land transaction, including the problems at the system of compensated use of State-owned land in china,the problems during approval for land use,the problems in supervision department and land transaction. Adopting many cases, this paper will be more scientific and objective.
