Research Of Mao Tse-Tung's Thought Of Enterprise Management

Mao Tse-Tung's thought of enterprise management is an important part of Mao Tse-Tung's thought, it is the enterprise management which is produced and developed during the process of revolution and establishment. It materializes the practical wisdom which Chinese people seek the development road and governance mode.In the domestic, the research of Mao Tse-Tung's thought of enterprise management is basically satisfactory, but we think there are two aspects need to be carefully studied: the first one is that preliminary exploration of Mao Tse-Tung's Chinese enterprise theory and practice is not given fully interpretation and explanation. As a result, Mao Tse-Tung's thought of enterprise management has been long stayed in the general sense of the academic research, and not apply to the larger scale of the practice and application. The second is that Mao Tse-Tung's thought of enterprise management is the Chinese type of management thought, it has some creative development ,but the characteristics of this kind of thought is not apparent.Enterprise management is mainly to the person's management. People from different cultural environment hase different value orientation and way of thinking. Chinese enterprise management theory must be fit for Chinese characteristics of the enterprise management mode and method. At present, many people mechanically apply foreign classical management theory or multinational company's management experience which have differences in theory and practice. With strong Chinese enterprises'characteristics, Mao Tse-Tung's Thought of Enterprise Management roots deeply in China. Therefore, when we discuss and establish Chinese enterprise management thought, we cannot detour the Mao Tse-Tung's thought of enterprisemanagement.This paper will discuss and combing the specific content of Mao Tse-Tung's thought of enterprise management based on the generative process and mechanism of this thought. It will also make the preliminary evaluation of this thought combine with the reality of China's revolution and establishment and Mao Tse-Tung's Ideological and cultural background. In the end, it will analyze the contemporary significance of Mao Tse-Tung's thought of enterprise management through the construction and develomet of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Through the research of Mao Tse-Tung's thought of enterprise management, on one hand, it will fully exploits the Chinese enterprise management thought's characteristics, and one the other han d, it will give new realization and interpretation on the nature and general law ofMao Tse-Tung's thought of enterprise management. Humanism and democracy are the main characteristics of Mao Tse-Tung's thought of enterprise management.
