Firstly, the author expounded rural contradictions between masses and cadres since the reform and opening up, and emphasized on the performance of rural Contradictions between the cadres and the masses in the Transition of China. Although the rural relationship of the cadres and the masses in the transition of China is good in some ways, there are still some contradictions. If the right measures are taken, these problems can be solved.Secondly, from the economic, political, cultural and social life's perspectives, the author analyzed macro reasons of rural contradictions between the cadres and the masses in the Transition of China, and from the micro perspective, there are three factors about contradictions between the cadres and the masses, that is, the subject and the object of contradictions between the cadres and the masses, and coordinative mechanisms, especially analyzed the conflict between whom and whom? Why do conflicts occur? What are mechanisms of resolving conflicts? In the social transition, as the object of contradictions, the differentiation of rural cadres and the masses occurred.Finally, the author researched difficulties and development trends of rural contradictions between the cadres and the masses in the Transition of China. Therefore, we must build relieving contradiction mechanisms, early warning system, and improve the rural financial service system. The government should allow farmers to obtain the real power, accelerates the government reform, and achieves national institution building. The ultimate goal of national institution building is to achieve equality and justice. It is a breakthrough in resolving conflicts between the cadres and the masses.
