Study On Legal System About Agricultural Subsidies In China Under WTO Agreement On Agriculture

Agriculture is the most basic industry of the human survival and development, is the foundation of the national economy, is our human survival material in the main source of information. The development of agriculture directly determines the degree of a country or a region of the social and economic stability. Because of the characteristics of agriculture, if it depend only on its own accumulation it would be hard to get effective development. So, every country and the area of the word is widely support and protect policy. China's accession to the WTO, this requires our related policies should comply with the regulations, agricultural subsidy system is also included. China's agricultural subsidies legal system, China's has been made a lot of improvement, but compared with WTO agricultural agreement China has many defects. How construct and complete our country agriculture subsidies legal system has a very important significance.Based on the existing theory research and practices.In this paper, author discuss the legal system of our country agricultural subsidies. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the paper has about30000words, except for the introduction and conclusion, there are mainly three parts:The first part is the legal theory of agricultural subsidies legal system, this part expounds the concept and significance of agricultural subsidies, and main content of WTO agriculture agreement about agricultural subsidies.This part is the basis of study in this paper.The second part analyses the legislation and the current situation of our country agricultural subsidies, this paper analyzes the shortage of legislation and implementation, and it mainly states around the yellow box, the green box and blue box three aspects. This part provides the basis to the next.The third part is the most important in the paper.It focus on the suggestions and measures of completing our country agricultural subsidies. First is the perfection of the legislation, and the second is the specific system of agricultural subsidies design, also be around the yellow box, the green box and blue box this three aspects.
