Research On Intellectual Property Of China's Automobile Industry In International Trade

With the further integration of global economy, all industries are speeding up the process of internationalization. As atypical international and competitive mature industry, auto industry represents the industrial technology level of the country. The development of auto industry plays a vital role in promoting the international competitiveness of our manufacturing business and the economic status in the world. However, the global trading process of our country's auto industry is restricted by intellectual property from both industry itself and international competition. The significant obstacle which impedes the global evolution of our car industry is the lack of independent core intellectual property rights. This article studies the intellectual property among the global trading area of auto industry; organizes and analyses theories and policies related with intellectual property rights, current situation and problems confronted with during the development process. At last, this work provides some specific solutions towards international trade intellectual property rights for the country's auto industry.This essay is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction of the reasons of choosing this essay's topic, the significance of research, the status and methods of the research. The second chapter is the specific analysis of the intellectual property theories and protection policies in international trade, laying a solid theoretical foundation for Chinese automobile industry intellectual property strategies in international trade. The fourth chapter is analyzing the development of Chinese automobile industry in the international trade, pointed out that the intellectual property as the core problems that exist in the process of internationalization. Chapter five analyses both the current situation of automobile industry's international trade and disputes of intellectual property. Meanwhile, this chapter considers the full text thoroughly thus coming up with the specific measures and solutions toward international trade intellectual property rights in automobile industry.
