Study On China's Communist Party Members' Education In The View Of Acceptance Theory

The group of rural party*members is a very important part of the Chinese Communist Party. As the advanced elements of the rural areas, they play a vital role in solving the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers and building a new socialist countryside. With the gradual deepening of reform and opening-up and the continuous development of socialist modernization, China has changed a lot. Therefore, the living environment in rural areas becomes more and more complex. Because of the difference in the economic sectors, social activities, employment and life experiences, the ideas of the rural party members become diverse and pluralistic. Under the influence of market economy and the corrosion of a variety of Western ideas, part of the rural party members gradually lost their firm political stand, lost the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, and even lost the most basic ethical requirements of doing things. They only value money and take the availability of personal interest as a ruler of all actions. Their behavior has seriously affected the party's prestige among the masses of the peasants, impeded the building of new socialist countryside, and hindered the steady progress of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Thence, strengthening the ideological and political education of party members in rural areas has become urgent.Compared with eastern and central parts, no matter ecological environment of local geography and the development of politics economy and culture, the western area is in an inferior position. Coupled with complex terrain, decentralized residence of local population and complicated ethnic relations, the ideological and political education of Communist Party members in the western rural areas is low-level. Therefore, it is very necessary to reinforce this work. It is a focus of ideological and political education in the whole of our country. Also, it is a difficult task.In this paper, based on the acceptance theory, we explore the current situation of the ideological and political education of the rural party members, pointing out the strengths and weaknesses and analyzing the reasons in detail. We believe that although the ideological education of the rural party members has made a relatively large effect, but there are still a lot of serious problems. The underlying reason is that there is a considerable gap between the current ideological and political education of rural party members and the complex reality, namely, the education cannot fully meet the real needs and demands of the times.Taking the rural party members'ideological and political education into the view of acceptance theory, we should recognize the ideological and political education as a complete process. In this process, the receivers, who are affected by the complex surrounding environment, with the help of their abilities and all kinds of methods, take in the educational content from the educators. On this basis, they take actions. Therefore, we should give full attention to the educators, the educated, the educational content, the methods and the surroundings. In the rural party members'ideological and political education,Only in this way, can we make the rural party members'ideological and political education achieve a new, substantive progress.
