Premier Wen jiabao stressed that the biggest threat of ruling party is corruption. If this issue is resolved, it could change the nature of the regime,"a man will die and administration will be cast away". This is a very serious major test what we face. There are many incorrupt government policies in China, they are rich in content. Anti-corruption works is in constant. However,corruption is still widespread, and the economic losses caused by corruption are still huge. The main reasons are the Chinese incorrupt government policy executive power is low. This makes the policy did not play to anti-corruption effect and the dilemma in execution is emerged. Therefore, to play the anti-corruption policy effect, will need to improve our honest government policy executive power. How to solve the low policy executive power in China has become the key point of the honest government policy executive power. Prime Minister Wen jiabao also once said, executive power is the vitality in the work of the government. Visible, strengthen the policy implementation to solve the low down policy executive power is important. Therefore, this article based on the reality of China to research the policy executive power.At present policy executive power to the theoretical study is not many in China. The third part mainly analysis the causes of problems in policy executive power, through the analysis of the causes of problems, in order to come up with countermeasures of the other part. The fourth part mainly based on the analysis of the third part and put forward the feasible countermeasures to solve the problem.
