The Research On The Qing Dynasty Official Documents's Time Limit System

The Qing Dynasty official documents's time limit system was the legal period system, was an organic part of Qing Dynasty's administrative system and judicial system, and it play an important role in the maintence of the feudal country's normal operation. Trough the study of the system, one side,we can understand the legal system of the Qing Dynastry, especially related content of the legal period system and it"s fuction, on the other hand, by analyzing the content study,take the essence in ord to provide references for the construction of legal system in our country.This article from the legal standard of Qing Dynasty,through the comparative study of literature,case analysis, from four aspects, investigation this system main contents, and give it a system analysis and summary.The first part is about the formation of the system.
