Study On Gross National Happiness Of China In View Of The Outlook Of Scientific Development

What is happiness and how to achieve it, which is the eternal theme of human pursuit. At present, our country is in a social period of social restructuring, while comprehensive national strength and economic strength is significantly improving, happiness paradox in economic development is causing a deviation of happiness in people's life. How to resolve this phenomenon, how to achieve scientific development? The Party Central Committee has timely put forward the outlook on scientific development, emphasizing the need to highlight the essence of development in the People-oriented concept, and to achieve the ultimate aim of gross national happiness under the conditions that development should go beyond "the limits to growth", which is the scientific response to what is the ultimate aim of development. In a sense, the outlook on scientific development is the outlook on people's happiness.Based on the outlook on scientific development is a theoretical results which is close to Chinese real happiness, therefore, the study on this problem has the important significance. The second part focuses on the basic meaning of the outlook on scientific development, and the relationship between the outlook on scientific development and gross national happiness, This part will be to clarify gross national happiness is the fundamental objective of the outlook on scientific development, gross national happiness is the value guidance to implement the outlook on scientific development, and improving people's livelihood is the basic idea of increasing gross national happiness and implementing the outlook on scientific development. The third part, analyzes the main factors based on the current status of gross national happiness. In the last part, this paper seeks and explores the approaches to solve this problem mainly from the macro level, illustrating the need to increase gross national happiness will be based on harmonious advance on economic, political, social, ecological and other dimensions.
