The Research On The Construction Of Civil Servant's Psychological Quality In Harmonious Society

The civil servant perform the state power, manage the social and public affairs and organize economic construction. They are playing the exemplary role, also the executors of the Party's line, principles, pollicies and laws and regulations. As the representative of government functions, the qualities of civil servant are directly affect the government image and the level of pulic service. The good psychological quality of civial servant is an important sign of integrated devleopment of construction of their qualities. It is also the requirement of performing and achieving the duty. The core of scientific thought of development is the idea of"people-oriented". The psychological quality of civil servant is an important determinant for the scientific thought of development.
