Since2006, Google CEO Eric Schmidt first proposed the concept of "cloud computing"(Cloud Computing),cloud computing has been developing rapidly in Just five years.Cloud computing has become the commanding heights from new things to the new round of IT gradually,also became the most important things which deciding the level of development of countries and IT.Cloud computing grew out of the Internet,of which determines itself contained in the technical inevitably at a higher level.Past experience has shown that without the support of intellectual property any high-tech things could'nt has got a good development.Therefore, the combination of cloud computing and intellectual property is inevitable.From a realistic situation, accompanied by the rapid development of cloud computing, major companies have to carry out the implementation of the strategy of their own intellectual property rights on cloud computing.Followed by cloud computing, intelle-ctual property disputes has gradually emerged and intensified the trend.As a rising star in the information on the socio-economic,China's ability to seize the cloud computing this historic opportunity,the use of intellectual property rights means to come out on top in this round of development.On one hand, depends on the importance of cloud computing technology and intellectual property strategy,on the other hand, depend on the domestic basic theoretical research on cloud computing field of intellectual property.
