By collecting theinformation of both illegal servants of two cities in Shan-xi province in the last3years, and the evil servants online, the paper fulfills the data-collecting.Secondly, by modeling SEM, the paper comes out the factors and pathwhich affect economic crime.By modeling SEM, the paper screens two kinds of factors which affect theevil servants, personal factor and psychological factor. These two kinds offactors, affect both the crimes and the disposal manners of illegal obtains.Thirdly, by modeling ordinal logistic, the paper shows the direct factors to the manner of disposal and then predicts the evil servants' disposal manner.Before modeling the ordinal logistic, the paper firstly gives5kinds of wayby which the evil servants dispose illegal property. Then by the4equals withfactors as independent variable and the disposal manners as induced variable,the article predicts the evil servants' way.Fourth, for the financial industry, building areas and rural areas, the articleanalysis the different crime characteristics and the reasons, then gives theproposals.According to the data, the paper shows the characteristics and reasons offinancial industry, building areas and rural areas. Then the paper gives theproposals for the cause of crimes, while it rises the information-guild way toinvestigate the evil servants.
