"Das Capital" is the outstanding works of Marx's mature period, is Marx's most important masterpiece. Most scholars remain in the economic sense of "Das Capital". In fact, Marx's "Das Capital" value in the philosophical significance is worthy of study, and the concept of labor is an example.Marx in "Das Capital" is generally defined the concept of labor, labor workers have the purpose of the activities of the transformation of natural, that is, the relationship between man and nature. Departure from the concept, analysis of the labor process, Marx pointed out that labor is a comprehensive between physical and mental; the simple elements of labor:labor, the object of labor and material of labor. Labor is the materialization of the human nature and the human labor activities of transforming the nature purposefully and gaining the products.Special form, of labor under capitalist relations of production, Marx defined and analyzed. First, Marx analysis the relationships between people in the labor:labor is occupied by the capitalists, and interpersonal is deteriorate. A capitalist is the personification of capital. A worker is the personification of labor. Secondly, he analysis the labor of human relationship with nature:there is "Crack" between man and nature, and natural deterioration. Finally, Marx's "Das Capital" and his early "1844Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts" comparative analysis:the workers lost the essence of the class, the alienation of labor. Analysis of "Das Capital" workers more labor poorer reason is that the workers lost labor, the natural and the social nature of labor, workers lose the natural labor and labor freedom of consciousness, loss of a man the class nature, resulting in the alienation of the people.Finally, we excavated from the "Das Capital" Marx's outlook and expectations of future real human labor. Marx specified the direction for the development of labor:workers really been liberated, no longer exploitation of man by man; overcome the crack of man and nature, the harmonious development of man and nature; discard alienated labor abandon private ownership, the whole human is harmony. Labor has become the first need of the people, again become the class nature of the human beings, it is the formation of a free People, human beings will be from the realm of necessity to the realm of freedom.
