21century is an aging century for China, and our modernization will be facing the most serious challenge, therefore, the impact from the aging society to China is concerned. In this context, the question every Chinese people must face and consider is how to deal with the coming crisis. We learn from experience that to deal with the aging problems, relying on the government is not enough. Only by widely mobilizing various social enthusiasms and arousing the power of people, can we win the final victory and ensure the achievements of socialist construction. To fully arouse the power of the masses, we should strengthen propaganda and education through various ways, trying to develop a consensus in interpersonal, attracting people to join us consciously, thus a resultant force in the society is formed and the aging problems will be tackled. Filial piety is the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and an important part of the Chinese culture. It is the major content of socialist spiritual civilization construction and the ideological and moral base for social development. In the present aging society, to make the filial piety culture and ideology pervasive and to actively guide people's behavior with it, it is particularly important to strengthen national filial piety culture education. Based on the essence of filial piety culture education, this article researches the present situation of the aging society and filial piety culture education from the reality of filial piety practice in current society. Then it puts forward related countermeasures on how to strengthen the filial piety culture education, in the aging society from four aspects:society, family, school and oneself.
