Today,Chinese society is in the social realty of not rich and growing old.Aging is an important problem that needs to be resolved quickly.Solving the aging problem is not an overnight matter.It need an adjustment on every aspects,build up a corresponding scientific and reasonable system.The relevant departments of the government should strengthen the construction of laws and regulations concerning filial piety.At the same time,improve to perfect the social pension mechanism,enhance the ability to serve the elderly.Apart from these,carry out the discussion of Chinese traditional filial piety culture,from the perspective of social existence and cultural soft power,On the basis of inherit its essence,add the new era characteristics and again innovate are important values to materialize the Chinese dream.This paper is divided into three parts:Part1:Start from the connotation and origin,combing the historical context of development of traditional filial piety culture.In the materialist dialectics of its positive and negative analysis of two aspects,discuss the essence and dross,then sum up the historical value.Part2:Start from the people's filial piety and conduct,conduct analysis on the present filial piety situation,identify its existing problems.Combining and history and reality,conduct analysis and derive the reasons of the failure of filial piety.Part3: Start from the inherent relationship of the realistic Chinese dream and traditional filial piety culture;identify the current need to build up the new socialist filial piety culture,and ensure implementation of value legal,education,public opinion propaganda and system construction and other aspects.
