Suhomlinski, the famous educator of the former Soviet Union thought that the school education without family education or the family education without school education was not impossible to complete the extremely delicate and complex task of cultivating people. As for children's education, both teachers and students' parents are irreplaceable. School education should be closely combined with family education because a good school education is based on a good family education. The two educations are complementary and mutually reinforced. To better solve the relationship among the students, their parents and teachers in the daily class management, the author proposed the innovative "three consultation" theory, and demonstrated it.In the paper, the research object is the No.2 Middle School of Dalian Development Zoon, and the quantitative and qualitative researches are combined. Many research methods such as documentation, investigation, and practice are adopted. Departing from the situations of class management and family education, and the relationship among teachers, students and parents, it found out the main problems existing in the present class management:students, teachers, and parents are not wiling to and positive to communicate with each other, and the ways and effects of communication are not good enough, and the relationship is not harmonious, which leads to the educational resultant force not being shaped, and the education effects is greatly weakened. To analyze the causes of the problems, the theory of "three consultations" is proposed, and practical researches are conducted on the theory of "three consultations". Through comparing the situations before and after practical research, it demonstrated the effects of the "three consultations" theory:first, it can enhance the communication effects among students, teachers and parents; second, it can improve the relationship among students, teachers, and parents; third, it has shaped the educational resultant force recognized by students, teacher, and parents; fourth, it increased the living quality of students, teachers, and parents. At last, it proposed the strategy of implying the "three consultations" theory.
