At present,in the competitive social environment,the ordinary middle schools are also facing surviving and developmental pressure.Secondary school is a very critical stage in the process of students' life development.Students' learning enthusiasm and achievement are affected by the quality of class management.Good class management level can promote the classroom teaching effect of ordinary junior middle school and the healthy growth of students.On the contrary,if there are problems in class management,it will naturally affect the quality of classroom teaching and the healthy growth of students.However,the current situation of junior middle school class management is not optimistic from the management contents and ways.Therefore,this study intends to explore and study from both theory and practice,to provide a feasible path for the scientific and effective class management in ordinary middle schools.There are four parts in this study:The first part mainly discusses the theory of class management in junior high school.While explaining the connotation of class management and related class management leadership in junior high school,it introduces and expounds the concept,subject,content and method of class management,and constructs the theoretical framework of class management,which provides theoretical basis for the practice investigation and analysis of problems in the next part of class management.The second part,takes Chongqing Yubei District H Middle School as the research object,uses the method of questionnaire survey and interview to sample the school's students and teachers.At the same time,the teachers and students are interviewed in depth to understand the actual situation of junior middle school class management comprehensively,and there are three main aspects of class management problems in the school:First,the class management main body is unitary;Second,the content of class management is one-sided;Third,the method of class management is simplified.The third part,aiming at the existing problems and causes of the second part of junior middle school class management,puts forward some countermeasures for effective implementation of class management.The forth part,in view of the second and third parts of junior middle school class management problems and causes,this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems.First,countermeasures of class management subject:forming educational synergy;strengthening the training of the head teacher;strengthening the training of student cadres.Second,countermeasures in class management content:enriching the content of class management;attaching importance to students' mental health education;paying attention to cultivate good study habits of students.Third,countermeasures in class management methods:using multiple visiting;establishing a good management environment for teachers and students;establishing a fair class management mechanism.Fourth,the organic combination of criticism and praise.From the perspective of class management theory,this study analyzes the actual work of class management in Chongqing H Middle School,and studies the problems existing in the whole class management of the junior middle school,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,which can promote and guide the practice of class management in junior middle school.
