"Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards!"A lasting proverb reflects that standards exist everywhere in social society. In classroom, a special social environment, teachers and students play different roles respectively. Teacher-and-student interaction mode helps to form and maintain standard here. It is meaningful for cultivating growing of students by familiar with the level students'consciousness of standard. With the survey of literature,questionnaire, ect. the author analyzes each and every aspects of standard awareness of junior high school students in class in to get the essential knowledge of standard awareness. In this way, teacher would have impression on the level of students'standard awareness to achieve the goal that teaching efficiency is improved and disciplinary offence reduced.By means of investigation to 370 first & second year junior high school students in three schools of Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Panjin, the outcome reached after statistical analysis is that junior high students have high aware of standard.Normally, most junior high school students have their own opinions on effect, meaning of standard, and standard-setting by teachers. Therefore, facing the criticism from teachers, students can timely reflect their behaviors and hold the idea that standard helps growing of themselves. The understanding to methods of managing students of teachers and impact on standard during group autonomy and group image .Role expectation influence forming of standard awareness of students. According to the expectation from teachers, students would exploit and implement different standard, such as students may observe the standard in the class from the teacher he/she likes and vise versa. In a group, teachers also influence forming the standard awareness of whole school. The way teacher guides the class has a deep function on students forming of standard awareness. For example, autocratic teacher usually pushes students in high pressure status in long time. The teaching mode also influences standard awareness of students. Generally speaking, autocratic teacher predominates,"ruling"the class and developing the teaching according to his own plan and behavior approach. Group is another one which has active function on standard awareness of students. In class, the enormous power may convert personal conductivity in bilateral way, positive or negative. It means improving class teaching or departing from teaching goal.One of important suggestions is to build sound lasting ethos, to stimulate unity and harmony, to encourage student enjoying learning. Notwithstanding plenty of reasons leading to forming of the final climate, the head teacher takes the priority with his management style and force of personality. It means the crucial point for the building of sound lasting ethos turns to the improvement of self-cultivation of head teacher. The continuous exploration and improving of teaching methods helps students a lot to changing role of adaptation after entering society. The knowledge of different standards instructed to students during class plays the same role.
