Objective:On the basis of previous studies, refined and revised the teachers glamor model which has been constructed,designed the junior high school teacher charm questionnaire to get Jiangxi province norm.Methods:The qualitative research and quantitative research method were taken in the designed of initial junior high school teacher charm questionnaire which model had been constructed. By the way, the methods we used were literature, expert panel act, survey and so on. After a revised forecast for the project to obtain a preliminary middle school teachers charm questionnaire. Then this questionnaire was distributed to different regions of Jiangxi province concluded eight junior high schools more than2,000students. We used exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis to deal with the result of survey. The questionnaire were revised again to forming a formal questionnaire junior high school teacher charm questionnaire.Results:The questionnaire included40items, eight dimensions and5lie detection problem.8dimensions were teaching methods, attitudes, teaching skills, professional culture, emotional state, willing to communicate, characteristic of personality, image and demeanor. Different grades have significant differences in the total scores and each dimension of the teachers charm questionnaire.The significance difference in total score, teaching methods, emotional state, and characteristic of personality had also been found between rural students and urban students. And the scores of rural students was lower than urban students significantly. Boys got high scores than girls in characteristic of personality while the same in willing to communicate. The interaction in grades and urban-rural was significant. The Jiangxi province norms in grade and urban-rural of junior high school teacher charm questionnaire has established by the result of the survey.Conclusions:The revised junior high school teacher charm questionnaire has good validity and reliability. The results of confirmatory factor analysis confirmed it achieved the standard psychometrics.It was notable that all subjects got high score in teaching methods and professional culture.This provides a scientific basis for the assessment, selection of teachers in Jiangxi province teachers charm.
