Vector is one of the important parts in High School curriculum. It refers to the knowledge of"algebra"and"geometry", and helps to figure out the problems of analytic geometry, solid geometry, triangle funtion and so on, in this way, vector is used vastly as a"tool"to solve problems in mathmatic. This artical first analisis the objective and principle of the new reformed lessons, and the reform of vector teaching based on the new reoformed lessons. Afterwards, the autor simply introduced the theory foundation of the refrom based on, that is, studying theory, teaching theory,representatives of the theory of the lessons, the process of the development, main opinion and viewpoint, mainly introduced the theory of constructivism.Since constructivism has made a great influence to teach and rearch over these years. It illustrates vector's teaching content in the new textbook based on the studying theory, teaching theory and the instruction of course theory of constructivism, and also it analysised the teaching structure of vector in the new textbook as well as the changed content between the new and the old textbooks and the strongness and weakness of them. This artical is divided into two parts: theaching rearch and problem-solving analysis. It made a overall analysisis of the teaching of vector from the concepte,properties to theorem and the disign of teaching plan of vector, including interaction of teacher and students in the lessons, and how to figure out the related problems, in order to teach different part of vector in most suitble ways and to make the teaching content to be detailed introduced. Problem-solving analysis mainly told the applications of vector as a"tool", it took the example of solving problem wtih the help of vector from the aspects of plane geometry, solid geometry, analytic geometry, triangle function, physics and social life, it showed that vector makes problems easier to be solved out, and extended the strudnets thinking of figuring the problem out.
