The study of high school mathematics is inseparable from solving problems,and the ability to solve problems directly affects students' interest in learning.Therefore,how to cultivate students' ability to solve problems and improve the effectiveness of teaching has become an urgent problem to be solved.This thesis takes the high school students of the author's internship school as the research object,and takes the problem solving theory as the guidance to carry out the teaching research and practice of the plane vector problem solving,aiming to provide some suggestions and references for cultivating students' mathematics problem solving ability.In this paper,we use literature analysis to study the problem solving theory in depth,and construct the common pattern of plane vector problem solving,and explore the thinking process of plane vector problem solving.On the basis of the above research,the author went deep into the school to conduct research,through test paper evaluation,interviews,case analysis,classroom observation,to understand the current status of students'flat vector problem solving ability and the reasons behind it.Combining the research results with the previous research,the teaching practice is carried out in the first year of high school,and the methods of cultivating students' ability to solve problems are explored to provide reference for follow-up teaching.The main conclusion of this paper is that teachers should pay attention to the generation of knowledge and the formation of mathematical thinking,and guide students to actively learn and actively explore.Students should try to find out the existing learning materials as much as possible,regard problem solving as research,analyze the relationship between them and the knowledge they have learned before solving the problem and find a suitable solution.After solving the problem,we must make a review,study more solutions,change conditions,and promote the application of the problem.We need to use a suitable teaching method to achieve the purpose of connecting mathematics knowledge and mathematical methods through a small number of selected questions,and improve students' problem-solving ability and learning effectiveness.
