This study is based on self-regulated learning theory to prepare the questionnaire self-regulated learning psychological structure and developmental feature of high middle school students. Research steps are as follows:According to the open-ended questionnaire and self-regulated learning theory, the initial questionnaire Theory-open questionnaires and interviews-the formation of the initial survey-conducted on the predicted results item analysis, factor analysis and reliability of screening questions, validity, discrimination testing-the formal questionnaire-the questionnaire reliability, validity, discrimination testing and factor analysis and structural shape, and finally including the formation of self-regulation, self-motivation, self-evaluation, self-planning, self-exploration, self-management of the six dimensions of high middle school students learning ability self-regulated questionnaire. The use of the questionnaire focused on a total of 408 students in two of Anshan key high schools and three grades and in another three high schools. Such are the results:1.high school self-regulated learning at the middle level of the overall situation.2.high middle school students self-regulated learning capable of at school and grade significantly different:focus on self-regulated learning ability of high school students than high school; senior grade in grade self-regulated learning ability in high school and grade three.3. high middle school students self-regulated learning ability in the Arts and gender differences were not significant.4.high middle school students have the correlation between self-regulated learning ability and academic achievement.5.the paper proposes some suggestions a self-regulated learning ability of high middle school students.
