New concept of basic education curriculum reform requires teachers to change education thought, reform teaching approaches and methods, execute reflection teaching creatively. Reflection teaching is characterized by reflection teaching process, solving problems as the purpose of teaching, making teaching situation as the background, and teachers as the main body, examining the teaching process, summarizing experience in teaching, repeating teaching practice. Based on the continuous introspection, repeated practice, to improve the new curriculum teaching level and promote teachers'professional development. Reflection teaching is the new concept for new curriculum. Implementing the reflection teaching concept, is conducive to help teachers set up modern teaching ideas, improve teachers' self-conscious introspective consciousness, strengthen teacher self-appraisal and self-adjusting teaching wisdom and teaching ability. Therefore, reflection teaching is an effective way to improve teachers' quality, achieve teachers' professional development. During the new curriculum teaching of ideological and political course, carrying out reflection teaching and doing the reflection teaching research and practical exploration is ideological and political course teachers'teaching research topic and task under the new curriculum condition, and is the objective requirements for the principle of ideological and political teaching as "close to students, their lives and reality", and also the important way to promote the ideological and political teachers professional development. According to the concept requirements of basic education curriculum reform, based on the study about reflection teaching theory at home and abroad, and combined with the practice for reflection teaching of ideological and political course, this paper focuses on the study of the theoretical and practical problems from reflection teaching of ideological and political course. Hoping by this study, we can promote the ideological and political new course teaching and research activities to develop smoothly.This paper underlies four parts. The first part is "general theory outline for reflection teaching ", systematically elaborates the senses of reflection teaching, reflection teaching of ideological and political course, the practice of reflection teaching and the basic characteristics of reflection teaching. The second part is"realistic basis and theoretical basis of reflection teaching", presenting a comprehensive analysis of the realistic basis and theoretical basis of reflection teaching. The third part is "the significance, principles and requirements for reflection teaching of ideological and political course ", and theoretically expounds the significance, principles and requirements for reflection teaching of ideological and political course respectively. The fourth part is about "implementation to reflection teaching of ideological and political course ", mainly expounds the foothold, basic model, basic method problems of ideological and political course in reflection teaching.
