Era in the development,social progress,along with the social demand for talent is increasing,requirements,fosters the talent education activities are also follow the pace of social reform,in order to develop the most suitable for the development of the society.Of deepening education reform,more and more is also high to the requirement of teachers,it has not yet formed their own teaching experience the new teacher is an opportunity and challenge,how to adapt to the pace of reform as soon as possible,improve their professional development,teaching reflection level is an important factor.New teachers in the teaching practice,the problem is more,but caused by a lack of experience and so on,can't realize the cause of the problem,the best way to more difficult to solve,this situation seriously hindered the every link of teaching,but also hindered the steps of the new teachers' professional development.As a result,the new teacher in the practice of the reform of education and how to become a "reflective teacher",to build a strong teachers,enrich the current educational reform activity is the important topic.In this paper,according to professor Max van manen stage theory research,teaching reflection of teachers training school is F city 100 novice teachers made a careful investigation,collection and education action,the relationship between education,education situation,such as dimension reflective level data,using SPSS 20.0 software carries on the statistical analysis to find out in what aspects of the new teacher reflection level is low.The study found that the new teachers in the primary stage attached importance to the reflection of education action,and did not pay much attention to the situation reflection of education.The new teachers in the intermediate stage pay more attention to the reflection of education relationship.The new teacher in advanced stage focuses on the reflection of education situation.At the same time in 100 teachers from two of the teachers as a typical survey,in-depth interviews,presents the new teachers' teaching reflection process results in the light,heavy individual light,easy to ignore the influence of external environment phenomenon as a whole.According to the investigation result,the author puts forward the following tactics.The new teachers should set up lifelong learning and reflective learning consciousness,pay attention to the teaching situation,play down the utility of teaching,cultivate the deep research spirit and expand the reflection method and reflection perspective.The school should construct a reflective system of "teachers and students" mode,encourage new teachers to build reflective groups,provide teaching reflection guidance platform,and strengthen the construction of headteacher team.Society and parents should also guide the construction of a harmonious and profound education culture environment in a positive and long-term direction.
