Since the 2003 "ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standard (experiment)" official promulgation of the history of mathematics teaching after roost attention. This article through to the middle school math history teaching case studies, analyzes how to let the history of mathematics education better combining with mathematics to the history of mathematics, and play a bigger role.The author mathematics education workers to study mathematics knowledge of the history of mathematics in mathematics teaching know how, and combined with the requirements of the standard, from the following several aspects: first, discusses the history of mathematics, and mathematics education, the necessity of combining the HPM birth and discusses the mathematical everybody give a good explanation; Second, the history of mathematics in the teaching effect, can help students understand the essence of mathematics, arouse their learning mathematics interest, and to cultivate their strong wills; Third, from the history of mathematics in class, the class in mathematics classroom and after-class. Fourth, the history of mathematics teaching design, here the author first discussed the principles that should be followed should respect history, should respect the cognitive law, should pay attention to the process. Then the algorithm is presented to the history of mathematics in the teaching way, namely in elective series presents and required content in the history of mathematics alternates. According to the above theory knowledge, the author designed the specific teaching cases, this also is the key in this paper. Case is divided into two parts, one is "the history of mathematics choose speak" content case studies, one is explained in the history of mathematics in required content of case design.Finally, in the role of the history of mathematics, the existing problems in the mathematics teaching are summarized, and puts forward relevant solutions and Suggestions, and expect these Suggestions can contribute to the implementation of the selected lecture to the history of mathematics.
