Recent years, with the deepening of the new curriculum, school-based training has become a major part of teacher's continuing education. However, due to imbalance development between different regions and schools, there are different results of school-based training. It is necessary to put forward an evaluation system to applicable in all regions. Currently, the school-based training evaluation system is not perfect, and only a few schools can develop an appropriate evaluation to test the effects of training, yet most schools still adopt the traditional evaluation system with the basic method of teacher evaluation. Therefore, it is particularly important to build an evaluation system which not only meet the characteristics of school-based training but also promote the teachers and schools'development.In this paper, the breakthrough point is the teacher's professional development criteria. And based on the previous studies and researches, the author investigates and analyzes the current status of training in Hangzhou, then establish a training evaluation criteria for teachers'professional development. Based on this, the author also do research on the main body, methods and processes of school-based training, therefore construct a school-based evaluation system for teachers at different stages of professional development.This thesis include six chapters, and they are as follows:Chapter 1:Introduction. The reason why this topic is chosen. And the brief analysis of the current study both at home and abroad, then is introduction about related concepts, content and research methods in this paper.Chapter 2:Basic Theory of school-based training evaluation system in the teachers'professional development. Some basic theory will be introduced, such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs, teacher professional development theory, standards for teacher professional development, which all will be the theoretical basis for further study.Chapter 3:Situation analysis on school-based training evaluation system in Hangzhou. As Hangzhou example, through field work, the author analyze deeply on the status of implementation of school-based training evaluation criterion, and find the problems, explore the reasons for these.Chapter 4:Constructing a school-based training evaluation system in the teachers' professional development. There are two parts in this chapter. First define the evaluation criteria. Second is construction, which including evaluation object, evaluation main body, evaluation methods and evaluation process.Chapter 5:The specific programs for school-based training evaluation system on teacher professional development in Hangzhou. This chapter will construct a school-based training system to fit the characteristics in Hangzhou, among these, the establishment of evaluation criteria and the using of evaluation results are the characteristics of this chapter.Chapter 6:Conclusion.
