With the development of the society and the reform of education, teachers are placed with high expectations and demands, which lead to teachers' role stress in different forms. In order to meet the demands of their changing role and profession development, most teachers choose constant learning. As an important factor which has impact on learning results, teachers' learning form is getting more and more attention. Therefore, to study the present situation of teachers' learning form and its influence on role stress and job performance has important meaning.Based on the exist results, we discovered the lacks of systematical study on teachers' learning forms. Present researches mainly have centered single form, such as teacher self-regulated learning, network learning, learning community, self-reflection and so on. In addition, there is little empirical research of the relationship between learning form, role stress and job performance, and the former conclusion may not be extended to teachers. To improve these deficiencies, we put forward the theoretical structure of the teachers' learning forms based on Rogers's evaluation standard of learning forms and Schugurensky's taxonomy about informal learning. The Questionnaire for Teachers' Learning Forms (QTLF) was compiled based on the content analysis of in-depth interviews and diaries of primary school and middle school teachers, and was finally finished by factor analysis and reliability analysis. By questionnaires survey, we analyzed the relationship of variables among teachers' learning forms, teachers' role stress and job performance. The influences of demographic variables to the three variables were also discussed.The research collected 812 valid questionnaires, and the conclusions are as follows:(1) The structure of the teachers' learning forms include 7 factors, they are attending courses, discussing lectures, reading and using media, exchanging ideas, self-reflection, learning consciousness and incidental learning. Teachers' learning forms structure is also composed of 3 second level forms:formal learning, self-directed learning and incidental learning. The QTLF was found to have good structure validity and to be an effective tool for studying teachers'learning forms.(2) The 3 variables of teachers'learning forms can predict teachers'role stress; teachers'learning forms and role stress can predict their job performance; role ambiguity have mediator effect between teachers'formal learning, self-directed learning and their job performance; role overload has mediator effect between teachers'formal learning and their job performance.(3) Demographic variables such as sex, teaching age and so on played a significantly impact on teachers'learning forms, teachers'role stress and teachers'job performance in different ways.
