Work pressure is a global hot topic currently,pressure is not only a powerful motivation,but also a negative factor affecting the job performance.Preschool teachers bearing more and more social pressure and burden of year by year with the deepening of education reform,and the extensive attention of the society to preschool education.The work pressure of preschool teachers as one of thecore research of teachers and stress has become the focus of education and psychology currently.This essay analyzes the relationship between pressure and performance of job through the investigation of some preschool teachers in Tianjin.The main purpose of this study is to explore the status of work pressure and job performance of preschool teachers,analyzing the differences between the work pressure and work performance of the population statistics,explore the relationship between the work pressure and job performance of preschool teachers.In this study,the interviewees are 450 kindergarten teachers in 50 kindergartens in Tianjin,and the information was collected by questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS17.0.Based on the description of the teachers' work pressure and work performance,the difference test of demographic variables and the correlation analysis of work stress and work performance,the prediction of job pressure on job performance is analyzed by multiple regression analysis.Research results:1.In this essay,analyzing the correlation between work pressure and work performance,found that the correlation of work pressure and performance of preschool teachers are significantly negative,the higher the work pressure,the lower job performance,"teaching autonomy" and" task performance" are the highest,followed by" interpersonal relationship" and "job performance ".2.The influence of demographic variables on the correlation between work pressure and job performance is different,"the level of the kindergarten""class"" age"is not significantly different,while," marriage"" grade""education"" title",is significantly different.According to the results of this essay,the author offer suggest ionsto solve the work pressure of preschool teachers and improve work performance,in order to promote the win-win goal of preschool teachers' pressure management and job performance.
