Selected graduates Plan can be seen as a current national strategy in meeting the intelligence demand and training needs, in which, selected graduates are identified as those in-college students who will be sent to positions of operational level based on a mutual willingness between the official organization and individual when meeting a series of criteria and passing nationally organized examinations. It is believed essential to the implementation of a country's development policy that the strengthening of selected graduates'proper education in political values, which directly affecta their decision makings trend in official organizations and enterprises, given the reason that they will potential become a core values of official organizations and enterprises after obtaining those accumulated experience from operational positions. Besides, it is also seen as one of the main responsibilities for higher education institutes that corrects political values are properly delivered, which in turn has positive impact in students'way of living, career development, and morality establishment Selected graduates'existing situation will be analyzed compared with previous literature contribution, to find out the research gap and room of development and a primary research is given as well. This article firstly introduces the current situation, followed by analyzing the emergency and necessity of political education, whilst existing problems will be explained before a finding and recommendation can be conducted.
