The ideological work is a piece of work that our Party attaches great importance to and firmly hold on since the Party was built.After the reform and opening up,the socialist ideology is crashed by many foreign thoughts,so that people’s ideas had changed.While entering 21 th Century,along with the development and popularization of Internet,at the same time,due to the implementation of enrollment policy,the number of college students sharply increased.The young generation became the main recipients of western social thought,even the disseminators.In order to meet the needs of the increased students,various student organizations sprang up like mushrooms,becoming the necessary part of campus cultrue development.College ideological work includes many aspects,and the construction of the college student association is an important aspect.How to combine the ideological work of colleges and universities and the construction of colleges and universities is an important part of this article.At the same time,we must balance the similarities and differences between the ideological work of colleges and universities and the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities,and the importance of the two to the construction of college student organizations.In addition,the development of college student organizations includes many aspects.This article mainly selects the content of community construction to analyze.In this paper,questionnaires,interviews,literature research,comparative analysis and other methods were used to conduct research.The surveyed subjects were mainly college students in Chongqing.The first is mainly to explain the background and significance of the topic selection,the ideological work in colleges and universities,and the conceptual meaning of the construction of college students’ associations.In addition,through survey questionnaires to present the good aspects of college student organizations under the ideological work in the current stage,such as improving the effectiveness of ideological and political theory education and expanding the channels for talent cultivation,etc.Problems that existed included the lack of ideological content of community building,less support from universities,and incomplete guidance of instructors.They also analyzed the factors that caused problems,such as the staffing of college Communist Youth League committees and the construction of clubs themselves.Finally,it mainly writes the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of university student organizations in the context of ideological work in colleges and universities.It analyzes the support of colleges and universities in the colleges,the construction of the community itself,and financial support.
