The Problem Of Ideological And Political Education And Its Countermeasures Among The College Graduates Employment Guidance

In past decades, the issues with employment of graduates from university haveincreased draw attention. The boost of Chinese economic condition has continuouslypromoted the progressive reform of Chinese higher education system. The transitionfrom ‘featuring the two-level’mode of planning economic system to ‘self-dependentcareer choice’ model of market economic system does induce issues associated withemployment of college graduates. Meanwhile, the numbers of graduated fromuniversity have increased significantly since the expansion of universities. It results inhigher competition in labor markets for graduates. The issues of employments ofcollege graduates are not only important for graduates, but also have significantlysocial impact. Thus, this paper will discuss the importance and issues and aroundemployments of university graduates in view of ideological and political education.Moreover, the possible solutions to release the pressure of employment for graduateswill be indicated.This paper begins with analyzing the roles and importance of the ideological andpolitical education of college graduates in the employment guidance. Secondly,conclude and analyses of psychological and ideological problems of college graduateswhich induced in the course of employment. Furthermore, the strength and weaknessof the current system of ideological and political education of college graduates in theemployment guidance have been indicated. Finally, we discuss the ideological andpolitical education of college graduates in the employment guidance countermeasures.The research is conducted by using literature review, multidisciplinary analysis andmulti-angle analysisIn this paper, detailed analyses of some of the negative psychological andideological performance in the employment of college graduates have been done. Itsuggested the reformation and innovation of current education system of employmentcourse should be taken to improve the performance of employments of collegegraduates. Moreover, the experiences and lessons from foreign education systemscould been taken as references to structure and enhance the new innovative systemsfor domestic Universities in order to provide better career guidance, and help thestudents to build up their capacities.
