Higher vocational colleges in the country, especially in Jiangxi, it is more than the number of undergraduate schools, the number of students has more than undergraduate schools. Higher vocational colleges in the society's influence growing, creating excellent, distinctive higher vocational colleges is imminent. Building a brand higher vocational college one of the most important factors is to have good teachers. With excellent teachers should have a good incentive mechanism to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, developing their creativity, enhancing quality and efficiency of education in school. Therefore, the higher vocational college's teacher incentive mechanism has very important practical significance.Firstly, from the national policy, social demand for skilled talents, higher vocational college development needs to elaborate research background and meaning.
