Study Of The Teacher's Incentive Mechanism In Independence College

First, the background, purpose, significance and contents, study's thought, method and relative basic incentive theory are introduced in the thesis .Second, this paper presented the appearance of the high independence education in our country and the current situation of the teachers in these colleges. Then the western modern incentive theory is improve our incentive mechanism for reference. Some high independent college -the Engineering&technical College of Chengdu University of Technology-using questionnaire and talking are exihibited, and the revolution of its teacher's incentive mechanism is proposed. Finally, on the basis of the introduction about the general thought and principle of constructing teachers' incentive mechanism, this paper constructed the model of teacher's incentive mechanism in high dependent college, and then presented countermeasures of perfecting teacher's incentive mechanism such as improving teacher's working satisfaction.
