The Eleventh National Games Of China's Women's Basketball Defensive Skills And Tactics Used In The Study

The contradiction between offensive and defensive about basketball, against each other and promote each other, it continuously promote the development of basketball in the movement of this contradiction. As a part of offensive and defensive, defense plays an important role in the competition process and the outcome of the game. The advanced defense pattern of world basketball has developed towards such aspects as initiative, pre-emptive, fact and fiction, comprehensive and varied direction. Defense is the most important for any team.This paper analyzes the women basketball defensive skills and tactics application of the Eleventh National Games. We can see that defense has been the weakness of Chinese Women Basketball from the previous World Series. In this paper we take the following methods: 1.Method of literature and material, to further understand the situation of women's basketball defense tthrough a large number of relevant literatures. 2. Method of questionnaires survey, choose 12 experts above the associate professor of basketball department in Capital Institute of Physical Education, and also choose the corresponding index of defensive tactics to analyze, such as shot defense ,defensive rebounds, the effect of attack use and echo defense, foul hand ,conventional defensive indicators, defensive fast break, changes of defensive formation, and the time of defensive formation.3.Method of observation, I personally attended the research group of the Eleventh National Games, tracked and watched 27games of women's basketaball.4.Method of mathematical statistics. Add up and sort out the related information and data from the research according to the study target. Use the method of mathematical statistics to analyze and handle the obtained material statistically. All the data could be analyzed by Excel software under the Windows 7 system. It provides the support for the research result by the theoretical basis of data.The research results showed:1. The interference rate of defense opponents shooting is greater than the rate of non-interference during the final round of the Eleventh National Games; it is necessary to act the interference while defense opponents shooting; a larger distance of shooting for opponent shot whether interference or not; The weak ddefensive awareness, match with errors, not timely anti complement, they all can cause shooting with no interference.2.The number of defensive rebounds highly correlated with the team winning in the Eleventh National Games of women's basketball; get more rebounds but not active for position ;less rebounds to snatch with player's teamwork; low ability of blackguard for a backboard recovery3. Defensive attack is not strong of the Eleventh National Games of women's basketball, use less active attack and inflexible.4. Most of fouls are hand foul in the Eleventh National Games of women's basketball. They mainly caused by the lost position while defensive shot5. Defensive players do not form the habit of communicating with each other in the race in the Eleventh National Games of women's basketball. The only echo defense is the cries exchanges between the players in or out of the field .They use echo defensive poorly.6.In the Eleventh National Games of women's basketball ,defensive tactics are not flexible, defenders lack of initiative, defense is less aggressive low defensive quality, and change little, lack of relevance, less capable of defense fast break, low success rate of defensive fast break.According to the conclusions of this study, put forward 4 points suggestion especially; 1.Renew the idea of defensive formation changes, do not stick mode.2. Improve the importance of defensive rebounds.3. Propose strategy to improve defense tactics. 4. Pay more attention to personal defensive ability.
