| Along with the rapid development of science and technology, more and more people have time to enjoy leisure. The overall improvement of quality of national cultural level constantly strengthens national consciousness. One of the most important contributions of science and technology to human beings is having liberated them from heavy manual work and making people have enough leisure time. Beijing hi-tech enterprises are one kind of enterprises mainly supported by the country. The over 30 years after China's Reform and Opening-up are also the over 20 years of the development for Beijing high-tech enterprises. From the first electronic street of Zhong Guancun to the present high-tech development zone with 10 gardens, Beijing hi-tech enterprises'economic growth always occupies a leading position in the country after 20 years'development.By means of questionnaires and on-the-spot interviews, the author made a research on the development of Beijing hi-tech enterprises'workers'leisure sports and the situation of their participation in leisure sports on the basis of current countries'harmonious development, economic sustained and rapid development and people's living standard's fast improvement and under the circumstances of hi-tech enterprises'workers'good education background, high pay and much leisure time. The research found that more men participate in leisure sports than women, and participators are mostly undergraduates and postgraduates. Furthermore, there appears to be a rising trend of participators'being young and good education background. Their mind is much more active that the young people in other industries. They are young, vigorous, with enough energy and clever mind, and have strong consciousness, self expression and innovative spirit. They emphasize the realization of one'own value and dignity. With regard to the choice of leisure sports mode, sports venues and equipments basically satisfy the needs of workers with various pays, of various ages, of two genders and from various hi-tech enterprises. In many sports occasions, we can see old people, who are encouraged to take part in leisure sports by many enterprises. When the work time is reduced and the pay is high, the consumption of leisure sports is rising. Under the circumstance of various average monthly consumptions, there are differences in leisure sports consumption. With regard to buying site tickets, sports equipment and match tickets, the consumption of workers with high average monthly consumption is more than that of workers with low average monthly consumption. Meanwhile, in the consumption of nutrition care and senior entertainment, there are also different degrees of investment in many senior leisure sports activities. In addition, these centers are located in suburban. People have to drive there and these leisure sports are suitable for a family or a team of people. The consumption is much more than in urban areas and nearby. The survey found that some hi-tech enterprises are influence by economic factors in the arrangement of leisure sports activities, not enough money. On the other hand, some enterprises allocate the funds of leisure sports to workers in the form of allowance and let workers to choose sports activities. Besides, leaders of some hi-tech enterprises do not value and even ignore workers'participation in leisure sports activities. Most workers choose stadiums and sports sites of enterprises, mainly gyms charging fees and sports sites of enterprises and supported by free parks, streets, squares, community sites and spots sites of enterprises. Usually, they arrange their leisure sports time for a year. With regard to the motivation of taking part in leisure sports, they mainly want to get the feeling of happiness. In addition, by means of leisure sports activities, they promote the interaction between people, strengthen the body, improve the health, mitigate various pleasures, reduce pressure and make their lives to achieve a higher level. The research provides theoretical basis for the team construction and enterprise culture construction of Beijing hi-tech enterprises. |
