Research On The Competitive Power Of Leisure Sports Enterprises In Wuhan

This paper makes an empirical analysis of the leisure sports enterprises in Wuhan,compares the competitive level between different regions,and understands the current development status of the leisure sports enterprises in Wuhan and the competitive level of the leisure sports enterprises in various regions.Discover the problems existing in the development of Wuhan leisure sports enterprises,the differences in competitiveness at various levels and the characteristics of competitiveness of each region,and put forward specific methods and measures for improving the competitiveness of leisure sports enterprises in various regions of Wuhan.The article uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,model method to carry on the analysis to Wuhan city leisure sports enterprise's competitive power,got the conclusion: 1.Wuhan city leisure sports enterprise is mainly concentrated in the central city area and its surrounding area.2.Leisure and fitness service enterprises account for 73.93 % of Wuhan leisure sports enterprises in the 9th district of Wuhan,which is the main source of revenue for Wuhan leisure sports enterprises.3.There is a regional function distinction in Wuhan leisure sports enterprises.4.The comprehensive competitiveness of leisure sports enterprises in the 9th district of Wuhan City mainly presents three levels.The central city has the core competitive advantages that the leisure sports enterprises in the surrounding urban areas can not achieve in the short term.5.Among the four types of competitiveness evaluations,the four types of competitiveness in each region have advantages and disadvantages.Among them,the most competitive ones are Hongshan District leisure sports enterprises.The ones that resist potential competition and have the strongest bargaining power with buyers are Wuchang District leisure sports enterprises.The most powerful bargaining power with suppliers is the leisure sports enterprises in Jiang 'an District.6.Wuhan's overall leisure sports companies have the strongest ability to resist the threat of potential entrants,the weakest bargaining power with suppliers,and the ability to negotiate with buyers and compete with peers.From the overall point of view,the overall competitiveness of leisure sports enterprises does not score high,the overall competitiveness is not very strong.7.The competitiveness of Wuhan's overall leisure sports enterprises has regional advantages.Theleisure sports enterprises in the central city are stronger than their surrounding areas in terms of competitiveness at all levels and comprehensive competitiveness.8.Compared with the ability of suppliers and buyers to negotiate prices and compete with their peers,the leisure sports enterprises in the 9th district of Wuhan have a strong ability to resist the threat of potential entrants.It shows that Wuhan leisure sports enterprises have a relatively large amount of investment in the construction of basic sports facilities and equipment.Recommendation: 1.The government has issued policies related to leisure sports to support development.2.To improve the service quality of Wuhan leisure sports enterprises to obtain more competitive advantages.3.Implement market segmentation and professional management strategies.4.Merger and reorganization,integrate the resources of various enterprises,and achieve the healthy and rapid development of regional leisure sports enterprises.5.Strengthen the cooperation between leisure sports enterprises,give play to regional advantages and resource advantages.6.Internet of things + leisure sports enterprises.7.Integrate the development of tourism,entertainment,experience interaction and other projects to increase the types of business and differentiated business operations.
