In the transition period of the planned economic system to the marketing economic system,"government failure" and "marketing failure," making the staff sports become "blind spots" between the vision of Government and the Marketing,The development of staff sports becomes regressing.The management models are the organizational foundation to ensure the realization of objectives to the overall staff sports. Exploring a proper structure of staff sports management model becomes a hot issue in recent years.Marketing and industrialization in the development direction at the workers sports decided the further development that is built on the basis of some economic incomes and consumer awareness of sports.The number of high-tech,enterprises in Beijing take the first place of the whole country,the contribution to the national economy is gradually increased,and high-tech enterprise workers incomes and exercise awareness relative to workers in other industries are higher.So I start from the high-tech,enterprises' sports management model in Beijing,expect to exploring a ways of management for the current development and future high-tech enterprises' staff sports.Through the survey,questionaires,as well as documents and materials etc.research methods,start from the staff sports development of high-tech,enterprises in Beijing,make a reaserch about the management model of high-tech,enterprises in Beijing,and comes to the following conclusions:1 In the marketing economic system,there are two staff sports management models in high-tech enterprises in Beijing:the staff union management,and club management.Union managemen that based on the marketing economic,compared to the planned economic system,has been a fundamental change,the self- management capability strengthen,the administrative intervention weakened.Despite the existence of these two methods of staff sports management model,but in the actual development of the sports management,the manager becomes socialization,a high sense of professional sports intermediary company,Sports club and other economic entities involved in the development of Staff sports.2 headers on the awareness of staff sports is raised,but under market economic system,healers focus much more concerns on economic benefits, so the development of staff sports,small and medium-sized enterprises staff sports in particular,is not optimistic.The investment in staff sports are imbalance.3 The Beijing high-tech enterprises workers' sports activity are more prominent to entertainment and leisure feature,sports gradually intergrated with the leisure and entertainment activity.Workers' activity events gradually shift to the ball games or other leisure activities,such as tourism,mountaineering and so on,they pay more attention to fitness and entertainment functions.Most workers choose holidays for physical exercise,usually combine with other entertainment activity,for example,small gatheringswith friends,KTV entertainment and so on after exercising.4 In the sports community organizations,In the role of staff community,functions of informal staff sports community organizations increasingly prominent,as an unoverlooked intermediary forces in the development of staff sports.
