Questioning is "the core of effective teaching" question is important in teaching the meaning and effect. Question is for mathematics classroom thinking training to improve the learning ability of students to an effective teaching method, teaching mathematics plays an important role. Questions through effective classroom teachers, can enhance the harmonious interaction of teaching and learning, improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.By junior high school mathematics classroom observations and interviews of the instructors, from the perspective of the effectiveness of classroom teaching in the understanding and analysis of the true state of teacher questions, and the junior high school math teacher understanding of effective questioning in the classroom, and found in junior high school mathematics classroom effective questioning in the Teaching of the problems, and find solutions to problems and propose effective strategies appropriate questions.The study found that middle school mathematics classroom there are questions such as:first, the teacher asked the class goal is not clear. Second, classroom teachers ill-prepared to ask questions. Third, teachers have recognized the importance of the students questioned, but the process of teaching practice in the classroom, students can be asked almost no questions. Fourth, the teachers knowledge and understanding of effective questioning is still quite superficial.Middle school mathematics teachers to improve the effectiveness of classroom questioning, we must question the use of effective strategies, it should do:to effectively improve their own quality of teachers; To really understand their level of knowledge; question objectives must be clear; questions designed to seriously; question, we should make good use of questions, candidates answer, call answer, feedback, inquire, and other strategies to guide students to ask questions; questions for reflection time after; questions you should also pay attention to some problems.
