With the development of The Times, "After 90s" college students gradually replace "after 80s" college students in the group, become subject, what features does this group have in thoughts and behavior? How the growth pattern and the education law have been being changed? These are what we should concern. Growing in the environment that the Reform and Opening-up policy gradually and deeply conduct, and the social economy rapidly develop and information network become rapid popularization, " After 90s " college students has its obvious characteristics of The Times in his thought and action. Throughout the ideological and political situation of the generation of "After 90s ", beyond doubt, the mainstream is positive, healthy and upward, but also has some disadvantages, such as the ideal faith tends to be weak, personal pursuit of reality, the individual student lack of psychological quality and so on, these does not allow to be ignored and should be highly valued. Therefore, to study the ideological and behavioral characteristics of "After 90s" to cultivate qualified successors and strengthening sound personality are of great significance.This article is with the subject research that ideological and behavioral characteristics of "After 90s" and combining the practice in extensive questionnaire investigation, and document research, on the basis of the study begin to discuss the question. Firstly, to analyze the background and significance of the study, the ideological and behavior characteristic of "After90s", and its problems research status to clarify the main feature. Secondly, after analyze the ideological behavior status and its problems and comb of the new generation, the author thinks that this group exists weak ideological and political ideas, value pursuit reality, Macmillan separation phenomenon seriously etc., and from the society, university and college students themselves engineering. Its problem arises from the aspects of the profound reason, to strengthen foundation of the ideological and political education lay of "After90s". Finally, on the basis of practical experience learning from developed countries in foreign countries, we proposes strengthening "90 college ideological and political education after" the countermeasure thinking. it is argued that build good social atmosphere, the ideological and political education play a leading role, in addition, strengthen their own cognitive level and so on to enhance "After 90s". The effectiveness is of the ideological and political education.
