The Marxism regards the development of environment and human as the relationship of bilateral interaction. The environment can be created by human who is also being changed. While the development of human influences environment on dynamic character of reconstruction, selection and adaptation. The environment of ideological and political education has great significance on the forming of moral cultivation of the undergraduates. From the perspective of bilateral effect between moral and environment, the thesis divides the environment of ideological and political education into the dominant and recessive ones. The thesis defines initially the definition of recessive education environment and deconstructs generally its forming elements, which are the six major elements of atmosphere on campus public opinion, campus culture, academics, virtual environment, personal relations and general healthy living.In the 21st century, advanced normal college undertakes the task of cultivating teachers for a new era. Thus the moral cultivation of normal college students should be given primary importance among priorities. During the moral education on normal college students, the method of dominant education must be insisted. The environment of dominant education serves as predominant position. It is decided by the socialist characteristic of ideological and political education in our country. While the environment of recessive education serves as major measure of the recessive education method. With the process of stimulation, coordination, internalization and counteraction, as well as the characteristics of concealment, unconsciousness and infiltration, the environment of recessive education conforms to the characteristics of psychological development of normal college students and exerts great influence on their moral cultivation. It plays a significant role in assistance and supplement in the environment of dominant education. With the four major processes of sensual stimulation, cognitive coordination, internalization and counteraction which the recessive education environment influences on normal college students, the thesis tries to discuss on the regulation of moral formation of normal college students in advanced normal college. However, the value orientation of undergraduates has a tendency to diversification under the influence of social background and some unhealthy trends of thought. It challenges also to the traditional method of moral education. While new change around the content of moral education has also appeared during the new social period. In face of these problems, the thesis draws up the questionnaire on current situation of recessive education environment on moral cultivation of normal college students in advanced normal college in Guangxi. Through which the problems and reasons are acquainted as follows:First, the moral level of normal college students situates on the lower side. The major reasons are the influence from unhealthy environment, the diversification of value orientation, the incompatible pace of advanced normal college with social development on construction of recessive education environment and the inactivate study desire of normal college students. Second, the construction of recessive education environment remains disordered and scattered in detail elements. The major reasons are the inadequate acquaintance on the environment, the separated and disordered condition among constructive elements and the dispersive state of the environment system. In face of the problems and new situations, the thesis confronts the method of construction on its moral cultivation by making initial and beneficial attempt, advancing newly consideration and proposing newly opinions. First, the assurance in the construction of recessive education environment on its directionality, expansibility, integrity and the principle of people oriented. Second, the implementation of methods likes scientific practice, inside-outside combination and dominant-recessive combination. Third, the ways of dynamic integration on its elements, followed with the optimization and the proposal of some constructive and operative considerations.The considerations and studies of the thesis have certain theoretical and realistic significance. With Marxism as guiding thought, the thesis implementing comprehensively on scientific outlook development, applying principles and methods of ideological and political education, promoting studies among psychology, pedagogy and ideological and political education, exploring effects of recessive education environment on moral formation, expanding ways and methods of human's all-round and free development, and enriching contents of ideological and political education. By the way of empirical investigation, the thesis grasps the current situation of the recessive environment, searches the problems and analyze on reasons, and studies on the thread of composing elements of the environment as well as the construction and optimization. The purpose is arranging working thoughts of moral cultivation for college and providing better environment for undergraduates. On the other side it can help providing certain references on moral cultivation, cultivating teachers of integrated competence and suitable for harmonious society, and improving the development of the course of ideological and political education.
