Systematic Analysis Of Cultivation Environment Of The Contemporary College Students' Moral Quality

The contemporary college students are in an unprecedented transforming age, and the society is raising higher claim to future talents. In order to adapt the society and accomplish something, a college student must have higher moral quality.The formation of the college students' moral quality is not the only product of school education, and cannot be controlled by it too. In fact, the complicated, open and developing cultivation environment of moral quality play a great role in cultivating college students' moral quality. This idea is being accepted by many educators. To analyze and probe for the structure, characteristic and use of cultivation environment of moral quality, and to exploit the channels and ways to build the cultivation environment of college students' moral quality scientifically, is very significant not only to help college students form good moral quality but also to cultivate qualified talents for socialist modernization.The cultivation environment of college students' moral quality is a sum of various of natural and social conditions that affect and restrict the cultivation of college students' moral quality. It is the foundation, atmosphere and factor for us to cultivate college students' moral quality. Broadly speaking, all the affecting conditions in relation to college students' moral quality can constitute the cultivation environment of college students' moral quality. They may be political or economical, spiritual or material, integral or individual, direct or indirect. Narrowly speaking, it is the environment which influence the cultivation of college students' moral quality directly in colleges and universities, such as the subjective material environment, culture environment, humane environment, school spirit, style of study and personal quality of students etc. The cultivation environment of college students' moral quality is not only an important part of moral education environment in colleges and universities, but also a subsystem of social environment system. It can be divided intomacro-environment and micro environment. As for the colleges and universities, the internal environment is the most efficient. So this article mostly analyzed how to build the internal environment of colleges and universities scientifically.Applying dialectical related views and systematic method, beginning at analyzing the psychological procedure during formation of moral quality, this paper pointed out the main problem in cultivation of college students' moral quality at present, ascertained the composition of cultivation environment of college students' moral quality, and established the systematic structure model graph of it. At the basis of analyzing the characteristic, use and mechanism of cultivation environment system of the contemporary college students' moral quality, and combining with realities, this paper put forward the basic requirement for building the cultivation environment of college students' moral quality scientifically, and gave the channels and ways to exploit and make use of active factors and to control and transform the negative ones in environment system.
