It is the fundamental task of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to establish morality and cultivate people,and it is also an important proposition of the times of higher education.Normal students are the future people’s teachers,shouldering the responsibility of training high-quality talents for the country,society and nation.Their morality and conduct in Colleges and universities will largely determine the values and behavior in future education and teaching activities,which is directly related to the growth of the next generation of students in China.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the moral education of normal students in Colleges and universities.In recent years,with the great attention and joint efforts of the Party Central Committee,Party committees and governments at all levels and colleges and universities,the moral education of normal university students has made some achievements,but there are also some problems that can not be ignored in the process of moral education in Colleges and universities,which need to be solved.To study the moral education of normal university students and explore the strategies of moral education of Normal University Students It is of great significance to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of moral education for normal college students,to shape the moral character of normal college students and to train excellent teachers for the society.This paper uses literature research,comparative research,questionnaire survey and other methods to study the actual situation of moral education of normal university students.It takes Marx’s moral theory,Kohlberg’s moral development theory,Wilson’s moral education theory and Sukhomlinsky’s moral theory as the theoretical basis of this study,and the related concepts and objectives of moral education of normal university students And explain the basic content.From this point of view,through empirical research,in the form of questionnaires,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the current situation of moral education of normal university students.This paper combs the achievements of moral education of normal college students,and discusses the existing problems of moral education from the aspects of college education and normal college students themselves.That is to say,it comprehensively analyzes the existing problems from the contents,methods,evaluation mechanism,educational joint forces and the moral conduct of Normal College Students,and analyzes the current situation from school,teachers,social environment and The students themselves analyze the causes of the problems from four angles.On this basis,In view of its problems and causes,this paper puts forward feasible strategies from five aspects: firmly adhering to the educational concept of moral education,improving the educational work ofmoral education of normal university students,building a good educational environment for moral education of normal university students,enhancing the educational influence of university teachers,and giving full play to the subjective initiative of self-education of normal university students,so as to make the moral education of normal university students effective Carry out to provide reference.
