Overseas Chinese teaching has attracted much attention in recent years.The promotion of Chinese teaching cannot be separated from the growth of excellent Chinese teachers.At present,a large part of the international Chinese teachers are students from the major universities.Due to the insufficiency of knowledge structure and insufficient classroom experience,these novice teachers often produce various problems in Chinese teaching.The study on the classroom practice of novice Chinese teachers will help the professional development of novice Chinese teachers.The focus of Chinese teaching is classroom teaching,and classroom management is an important content to ensure the smooth progress of classroom teaching.In practice,we will find that sometimes classroom management is more difficult than classroom teaching,because it will be teachers,students,environment,atmosphere and other factors.At the same time,the novice teachers ’teaching idea,teaching style and teaching method are still developing dynamically.They are easily affected by the external forces and their own development is not mature.Therefore,the corresponding classroom management knowledge is of great significance to the teachers’ teaching work.We need to pay attention to classroom management research in teaching practice research.The classroom management of teachers is a process of continuous development.As a qualitative research theory and method,educational narrative research can help to describe such a dynamic process better.It follows up the research object,collects the object of the research object(lesson plans and teaching logs,etc.),records the meaningful teaching phenomenon,and explores the hidden principles behind the education.This paper adopts the method of narrative research in education.Based on the teaching diary,the researcher conducts narrative research on the students themselves.The factors influencing the classroom management of novice Chinese teachers and the classroom management problems of the novice Chinese teachers in teaching practice are examined.The author analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward suggestions to promote the classroom management of novice Chinese teachers.This paper classifies the contents of classroom management from the aspects of classroom discipline management,classroom atmosphere management,teacher teaching management and student self-management.It summarizes the problems and advantages of classroom management of new teachers W teacher,and puts forward the following four suggestions:The first is to be diligent in thinking,there is learning consciousness;the second is to learn more classroom management methods,to adapt to the classroom;the third is to stimulate students’ learning motivation,advocate self-learning;the fourth is to be good at communication,the establishment of harmonious interpersonal relationships.It is hoped that the research in this paper will be helpful to the classroom management of novice Chinese teachers and enrich the research of narrative teaching and classroom management.
